Show menu label instead of menu machine name in widget

Problem/Motivation

When adding the field widget provided by this module, the menu machine names are shown in the top level dropdown.

In the widget, load the menu's and use the menu labels as values instead of the menu machine names.

    Patch loads the menus and uses their label as value where the key is the menu machine name.

    Works well! I guess injected entityTypeManager could be used to load the menus instead but as Menu::loadMultiple() is used elsewhere in the module as well, this should be fine too.
