Try sending email with empty subject

Problem/Motivation

The module is trying to send email even when you do not fill a subject value. There is no apparent issue however we can stop this early before calling the mail service.
I was looking a way for us to not sending emails for new post then realize I can just remove the subject but the email was added the queue I set up even if it will not be sent.
