I don't see google sheet table display formater in manage field display

If this is the desired behavior, then how do I know google sheet data stored in database and how do I show it in UI ?

Thank you for flagging this. I created a default formatter for the Google sheets table field and added it to version 1.0.1. Please update and you should see a "Default" option under formatters.
