This Module/Theme combination, from what I can make out, sound like exactly what I am looking for. However I don't read Russian, so I'm "winging it" as I try to set it up. It would be very helpful if you could add at least some general instructions in English. I understand that this theme/module are to comply with Russian law, however, at least from what I'm able to make out, they would be very helpful for anyone who needs to add support for the Visually Impaired to their Drupal site.
