openai_content functionalities appear only on edition and not on creation

I have checked this module,Seems like it's not providing functionality on create node. It's only available for edit process. As we can see on module description "Adds assistive tools for different areas of the content editing process"

Yes, for now, yes. The next change I want to make is making it so they can appear on either add or edit and allow you to select which field to look at instead of hardcoding in 'body' supplied by core. Then both of these cases will work.

I usually create patches instead of a merge request, so let me know if I did something incorrect.

I have adjust the form alter to include creation of a page (probably can be done in a better way). I have also added @kevinquillen's request of not hardcoding 'body'. I did this by finding all text_with_summary fields within the current node as I didn't think any other field type would be worth having these features.

Let me know if there is anything you wish for me to change.

Unsure what happened... but opened a new fork and rebased recent changes on to that.

I'd love to consolidate all the functions into one, but we can do that later. This looks good to go now. Thanks all!
