The module does not work in a project migrated from Drupal 9 to Drupal 10

While searching for 'Drupal 10' tags in core I found this issue. There is only one issue with this tag so it doesn't meet the criteria that tags should be used for initiatives that span multiple projects or components. Therefor, I am removing it. There is more info in the issue tag guidelines → .
