Gin theming is not applied when logged in in frontend theme

Problem/Motivation

If Gin is selected as admin theme and a message is displayed on a frontend page while logged in (e.g. with the admin toolbar visible), the default theming is used instead of the custom Gin theming.

Proposed resolution

Always use the Gin theming if the current user is authenticated and Gin is set as admin theme - or, if Gin is set as frontend theme.
