Add PHP's parse_url function to rewrite parts of URLs

Problem/Motivation

I was trying to Find replace REGEX for getting a domain name from a URL but I couldn't get all the regexs I found googling to work, but then I found out is much better to use the already built in PHP function parse_url: please add it to Tamper.
