[PP-1] Convert NoJavaScriptAnonymousTest to use PerformanceTestTrait

Problem/Motivation

Follow-up from ✨ Add PerformanceTestBase for allowing browser performance assertions within FunctionalJavaScriptTests Fixed . The API is fine but WebDriverTestBase adds two Javascript files to the page via special js testing modules which breaks the test assumption.
