Not able to enable GraphQL on Users form

Problem/Motivation

The following error message appears when trying to enable GraphQL on Account Settings form

Error: Call to a member function uuid() on null in _graphql_compose_entity_type_settings_submit() (line 140 of /app/web/modules/contrib/graphql_compose/graphql_compose.module).

Steps to reproduce

Follow the documentation:

Enable the graphql_compose_users module.
Visit /admin/config/people/accounts
Scroll to the bottom GraphQL fieldset
Click Enable GraphQL
