Comparison with access_by_ref module

Thanks @coaston I tried that one before, but it wasn't flexible enough and had some flaws, see the module issues.
But yes, it's an alternative, choose the one that fits for your needs and works as expected for you. For us access_by_ref didn't work as expected.
