Select widget style issue in claro

Problem/Motivation

When using select2 module, found issues with the dropdown styling.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the latest version of Select2.
2. Create a taxonomy select field and select the Select2 widget.
3. Use claro theme for administrator.
4. Start creating a content select2 field styling looks differ from other fields.
5. The Selected options overlaps the field.

Proposed resolution

Should fix the min-height issue and padding for selected options.

Remaining tasks

Change the Select2 styles to work as per claro standard.

I tested it on a Mac with FF, Safari and Chrome and was not able to reproduce it.
Issue was unassigned.
