PHPUnit tests are obsolete

PHPUnit tests are obsolete the reason for this is because Drupal\simpletest\WebTestBase; has been removed from core.

Run testing from the Commandline

Upgrade to a new set of tested. Currently there are limited tests that are really doing minimal tests.
