Steps to Reproduce:

  • log in as admin
  • click on the Extend button
  • make sure Promo Card module is enabled
  • click on the Content button
  • create Landing page ( layout Builder) and click on the layout button
  • add promo card block without CTA
  • save the page
  • as an anonymous user open the page and check the block

Actual Result:
Placeholder is displayed

Expected Behaviour:
Placeholder isn’t displayed
