Lack a way to judge if the url is home page.
1. create a node(/home)
2. config the node as home page(site basic)
3. check multi-languages switch list.

Click language switch, it will lead me to node alias url(/home).
Expect: Click it, go to /.

little bit confused about the issue, as this is a CMS, you can go the Basic Site Settings and check/update the homepage, all pages are treated as node , so I wont confirm about the requirement of this issue.
