Entity Diagram: Add optionally all fields to diagram

Problem/Motivation

In addition to our current Entiity Relationship Diagram it would be nice to have a diagram that shows ALL fields on a given entity.
This could be another argument in the query parameter that indicates "show all fields" Something like
/admin/reports/content-model/entity-diagram/node/page?max_depth=1&fields=all
