Problem/Motivation

Taxonomy page breaks when any one of the tags doesn't have a source language set

Steps to reproduce

1) Unset a source language from any tags, and the taxonomy pagination will break while rendering.

Proposed resolution

Check if the tag has a source language set and only render the view.
