Installing the module on Drupal 9.5.5 installs the ckeditor contrib module although ckeditor module exists in core

Problem/Motivation

Installing ckeditor_templates module on Drupal 9.5.5 installs the ckeditor contrib module although ckeditor module exists in core.

Steps to reproduce

Install ckeditor_templates module on Drupal 9.5.5. Check the Extend page (/admin/modules).
ckeditor core module has been overridden by contrib ckeditor module.

Proposed resolution

contrib module should not be installed when core module already exists.
