Support Solr versions 8 or 9

Problem/Motivation

Apache Solr 8.11 and 9.x are the current stable versions of Solr. Any version <8.11 is considered End Of Life (EOL). This module only supports Solr 7.

This module only manages the connection to the Acquia Search service, with most of the Solr specific pieces being managed by Search API Solr (which supports Solr 8 and 9) and the Acquia Search service (Solr 7 only as of 3 May 2023).

When Acquia Search servers are upgraded to Solr 8 (or 9 at this point), the module should just work with the latest version.
