Count number of a specific word in a text

Problem/Motivation

We should have the functionality to have a plugin that counts a specific word in a text.

Example:

"I like to play tennis."

We search for tennis, and the plugin returns 1.

This also could be an enhancement of the existing plugin WordCount.
