I'm trying to figure out the right format for uploading new tags with a new article/node.
This answer suggests that it can be done with a predefined ID. But what if the tag is new? The regular UI will allow new Tags and create the taxonomy entry when presented with it.

I've tried several formats. At first, validation rejected putting the tags in with the data. When I moved them into the "relationships" section of the JSON, the validation passed but the tags were ignored.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
