Implement a message when uninstall the EBT Slick Slider to let the site builders that the EBT Slick Slider was uninstalled but the block types needs to be removed manually

Problem/Motivation

Currently when we install is created a block type that provides ability to add a block with Slick Slider, and it works fine. However when it's uninstalled the block type isn't been removed and it's expected because of consistence / integrity reasons. On other places we're notifying the user during the uninstall to give the transparency. In order to be consistent we can implement the same approach for Slick Slider

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  1. Implement a hook_uninstall
  2. Use the Drupal messenger
  3. Notify the user that it was uninstalled but the Block Type not for consistence reasons
  4. Provide the path to that manually if necessary
