Problem/Motivation

Unable to activate the module using drush

Steps to reproduce

drush en owntracks

In InfoParserDynamic.php line 88:
The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (^9.3 || ^10) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/owntracks/owntracks.info.yml

Proposed resolution

Remove line
core: 8.x
