Update Code of Conduct contacts

I've taken care of these two things:
- Ask each person what email they would prefer to use for CoC discussion
- Update coc@midcamp.org with those addresses

I've updated the website to reflect the members in the email group

Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
