When a editor (does not have access to unpublish) tries to clone a node, the cloned node is published for the language. The cloned translations are set to unpublished as expected.
- In a multi-lingual environment, create a published node
- Add a published translation
- Configure content moderation on the website.
- Login as a editor who does not have permission to unpublish a node.
- Replicate the original node
- Verify that you have:
-* Original node published
-* Original translation published
-* Cloned node published
-* Cloned translation unpublished
whereas the cloned translation is expected to be cloned unpublished as well.

Just make a quick test and got the EntityStorageException "The state 'unpublished' does not exist in workflow."
In my case, the "unpublished" moderation state has the "archived" machine name.
Marking as need to work.
And maybe a test needs to create.
