Provide a shortcut link for the EBT Core configuration form

Problem/Motivation

Currently when we open any block type for example "ebt_webform_popup" we have a field group "Design options" and inside of this group there is a field called "Container Max Width" with this description See EBT Core configuration form to set Container Width and other default values.. This is good and correct, but I think a shortcut link for the content editors will make it easier to find this form

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  1. Since this one is a route we can
  2. Use the namespace of URL
  3. Create a link from this route of ebt_core.settings
  4. Put a link inside of "See EBT Core configuration form"
  5. Use the placeholder from URL from route to fill the href from the link
