Hi, thank you for asking.
My plan for this module was to deprecate it when i took over commerce credits and rewrite commerce credits to use transactions natively. I keep getting sidetracked and not able to get the Commerce Credits code base to a place I'm comfortable with though.
I think part of the trouble is trying to maintain some similar architecture that would make a migration template possible.
