Should refresh work on the view block displays?

Problem/Motivation

Did not work with block view display

Steps to reproduce

Did all the described steps to set it up as suggested on the module page.

1. Created a view
2. Added block display
3. Added a new header of type Global: Auto Refresh.
4. Add a new header of type Global: Auto Refresh.
5. Set the interval time for view refresh.
6. Disable cache on the view.
7. Disable cache on the view (section: advanced/other).
8. Enable "Use Ajax" on the view (section: advanced/other).
9. Save view and now your view should be refreshing.
10. Block content was never refreshed
