Update the prefix of block type description to follow the same standard of other EBT projects

Problem/Motivation

EBT Counter creates a block type that provides ability to add Number Counter and Text with WYSIWYG. That's awesome. We realized that the description of the block types off all other EBT projects has a standard description with Extra Block Type (EBT): <NAME> in the prefix and only the ebt_counter that is currently out of this standard

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  1. In order to keep the consistence and follow the same standards I think we can update the prefix of the block type to follow the same standard
  2. Update the block type with the prefix in the description
  3. Export config
  4. Sabe into config/install directory
