Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10 compatibility has been removed from CAPTCHA module in v8.x-1.10 as it introduced a fatal error. 🐛 Image not shown, PHP error Closed: duplicate

Proposed resolution

Latest CAPTCHA Drupal 10 compatible version is v2.0.0-beta1, we should allow this version as a required module or remove Drupal 10 compatibility from reCAPTCHA v3.
