Your update hook looks good. I never know what number to give these things, but 9200 should be fine.

Well it just so happens I double-checked the other day and the 92 is because 9.2 is the lowest major core branch it's compatible with, and apparently "the x000 number can never be used: the lowest update number that will be recognized and run is 8001".

I'm upping to Major because this has to be major, right?

+1. I had the same issue, this patch fixes the automatic upgrade process.

Thanks for the update, no I don't think we need this patch anymore.

Anybody using the patch should probably uninstall jquery ui draggable, and possibly jquery ui as well (if it was enabled by this patch) prior to upgrading.
