[random test failure] Drupal\Tests\media\FunctionalJavascript\MediaSourceFileTest

The original issue points to https://www.drupal.org/pift-ci-job/2628256 → which no longer exists, so it's hard to see what the failure was. It was reportedly failing "very frequently". I set up an MR to unskip the test and ran it 1000 times, but it passed every time. Perhaps this has been fixed by newer versions of selenium, or other changes in Drupal core. Should we get this back in and monitor for a while?
