Hi! Many thanks for developing this module, as well as the well-hidden D9 port :) Discovering the module was a bit of a (minor) roller coaster, with the happiness of finding a module that did exactly what my customer was requesting, then seeing the green "7.x-..." release block and nothing else, and then finding there is in fact a 1.0.x branch in Git, with the familiar module structure of more modern Drupal versions in it.
It looks like the module is actually in quite good shape. I tested it, and it seems to do what is says on the tin. More than well enough for an alpha release? It would help tremendously for discoverability (and ultimately maybe finding some more help?) if there would be at least a D9 development release as well as, maybe, an alpha release.
