First time Contributor Workshop video could use info on MRs

Problem/Motivation

On the Contributor guide, it would be nice to add information on creating patches vs. creating a MR. In particular the video under First time Contributor Workshop heading was created in 2020 and only talks about creating patches. It doesn't mention MRs with GitLab. For someone new, it can be a bit confusing as to which method to use to contribute and how to use GitLab.

Proposed resolution

Find a way to fast track new developers into learning how to contribute with MRs and GitLab (the new way of contributing code).

Remaining tasks

• Update the video to include MRs
• Link this high-profile contributor guide to existing pages in Drupal.org that describe contributing code via MRs
