Add synchronised entities translation support

Problem/Motivation

Synchronised entities should take into account the id and langcode to identify when a synchronised external entity is a new entity or a translation.

This is indirectly related to this issue https://www.drupal.org/project/external_entities/issues/3337903 ✨ Make external entities language aware RTBC

Proposed resolution

In the synchronisation process, when checking if the entity exists or not, we will also look at the langcode to check if that entity is a translation of another entity and not a new entity.
