When we install the EBT Accordion we'll have a new Block Type called EBT Accordion/FAQ and it'll work fine. If someone needs to uninstall the ebt_accordion it's possible but the Block Type won't be delete. We aren't removing the block type due to consistence reasons because the user can have multiple custom blocks created and we can't remove that programatically. The only point is that if the user install multiple EBT projects and uninstall, the block type will still there, so I think we can send a message for the users that it was uninstalled but the block type wasn't removed due to consistence and let the user know that he/she can remove it manually if necessary
Implement a hook_uninstall and put a message for the users that it was uninstalled but the Block Type have not been deleted for consistency reasons. And put the instructions about how to it
