JavaScript API Guidance?

I've read through a lot of issues and can't seem to find any guidance on how to actually use the Full Calendar JavaScript API with this project. is that not possible? There are a lot of settings within the API that I'd like to apply to the calendar, though, I don't see any formal examples on how to do that. One being setting business hours. Should this be done in the theme as part of the theme's JS, or should it be done in a module and hook into some part of this module?

Any kind of direction to documentation on this subject would be very helpful. Thank you!

This module provides a new plugin type of 'Fullcalendar View Processor' which allow other modules to alter all properties of the Fullcalendar without hacking the JS from this module.

If you really need to do some work by JavaScript. Unfortunately this module doesn’t have the feature.
You can try another module Fullcalendar block.
