The latest version of the module has CKEditor 5 integration.

Ckeditor 4 is already set to unsupported in Drupal 9 and not supported in Drupal 10.
It will officially become unsupported by the authoring community at the end of 2023.
Enable ckeditor 5
No button for integration, nor dialog.
Extend module to have registered ckeditor5 plugin and integrate administrative displays into plugin dialog API.
Require testing input parsing to ensure compliant with ckeditor 5 integration.
