Upper case changes to lower case

I have upper case titles like that:

APP18:2023

I need to delete :2023. While I'm not able to replace with nothing I replace 18:2023 to 18. But the complete title will be changed to lower cases: app18.

Can this be fixed or am I doing something wrong? Or can I delete parts of the title with nothing another way?
