$form.ajaxSubmit is not a function

Problem/Motivation

The following alert pops up when I attempt to work with existing blocks or create new sections:

An error occurred while attempting to process /layout_builds/configure/section/overrides/node.3/3/bootstrap_layout_builder%3Ablb_col_3?_wrapper_format=drupal_dialog.off_canvas&ajax_form=1&_wrapper_format=drupal_ajax: ajax.$form.ajaxSubmit is not a function

Steps to reproduce

To get this module working with Drupal 10, I currently have the following 3 patches:

Never mind. This is a duplicate of core #2755791 🐛 Ajax error ajax.$form.ajaxSubmit() is not a function Needs work , and is resolved by a patch there.
