The directory that should contain the executable used to encrypt links is not created

Problem/Motivation

The IV directory, where the executable that is later used to encrypt links is not automatically created, causing the file generation to fail.

Steps to reproduce

Run cron and check how, when it runs, it tries to access the IV directory and fails.

Proposed resolution

Automate the generation of the directory if it does not exist, either in the module's installation or in the cron execution.
