Insert the missing EBT prefix into label of paragraph type "Tab"

Problem/Motivation

Currently on EBT projects we're using prefix "EBT" in the label (title) of paragraph types used on EBT_*, which is good to be clear and easier to identity them. Only the ebt_tabs that have a paragraph type called "Tab" without the prefix. In order to keep consistence we can follow the same standard of other projects. It'll follow the same standard of other ebts projects and will be easier for CMS editors and site builders

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  1. Update the paragraph type
  2. Set the label with the new description
  3. Save
  4. Export Configs
  5. Move the yaml to config/install directory
