In the form display, we noticed that there is no background color applied to fill in radio buttons when a required field has not been saved when attempt to save or publish content.
1. Created a field with radio buttons
2. Let no default selected.
3. Attempt to save content
4. Select a radio button to see if background is highlighted
This is a simple css fixed with a patch below.
