I believe this is a duplicate of 🐛 Warning: foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in paragraph_blocks_form_entity_view_display_edit_form_alter Fixed . Feel free to reopen if that turns out to be a different issue. and the patch supplied there doesn't work.
