Update Automated testing configuration

Problem/Motivation

In order for the testbot to run tests on issues, the testing configuration on https://www.drupal.org/node/215311/qa → needs to be updated.

Proposed resolution

I propose to configure it as follows for the 2.x-dev branch:

  • PHP 7.4 & MySQL 5.7, Drupal 9 Security, Run on commit and for issues
  • PHP 8.1 & MySQL 8, Drupal 10 Stable release, Run on commit
  • PHP 8.2 & MySQL 8, Drupal 10 Development, Run on commit

Go to https://www.drupal.org/node/215311/qa → , and click underneath 2.x-dev on "Add test / retest" to add a branch test. Only a maintainer can do that.
