Improve project description and add help page

In my issue fork I've added a help page, but the link to the official documentation is rendering as raw HTML rather than a link.

I've created a separate task for ✨ Add help page to the module. Closed: duplicate . Marking this complete since we have a documentation page.

Since this also includes updating the project description and recategorizing it, I'm re-opening this.

This is all now fixed on 3.0.x branch.
