Define the vision and values of the project

Hi @mlncn and other maintainers,

Here's a first draft of a vision and values for the project.

Vision

The In Other Words module makes it easy for websites to display lists naturally, making your content more readable and accessible.

Values

The In Other Words module is designed to be:

• powerful for site builders
• sustainable for site owners
• easy to maintain for developers

I propose powerful for site builders because there are quite a few different ways to display lists naturally and I see this module being as a single solution for being able to implement those various solutions.

I think for site owners, we just want the module to avoid adding headaches to the maintenance of their Drupal site. Similarly, for developers I think we'll reach a state of feature completeness soonish so I figured maintainability would be helpful. However, I'm less of a developer myself so could be off base with that.

Curious to hear others' thoughts on this.
