Allow to exclude on certain pages or for roles

Problem/Motivation

For example for privacy or security reasons it might be helpful to be able to exclude certain paths or roles from the snippets. For example you may not want them on admin pages (admin/*) or login (user/login) or for the admin role!

    Already possible, the settings are just not shown on the "add" page. In edit it's present, bit confusing :)
