Not obsolete for Drupal 7

Hi! I can see how "Obsolete" may be too strong since D7 is still supported :-) I took this project over when it was abandoned and one of our clients was depending on it. I'm no longer in that position and my focus has shifted. I'm happy to code review RTBC issues periodically, but I've only moved it down to "Not maintained" given the circumstances. If someone would like to co-maintain or maintain this module, that's welcome as well.

Thanks @FatherShawn feel free to make me co-maintainer, if issues are left. If you solve them all and create a new release, I think things should be fine until D7 EOL :)
