Fixed the wrong description in the block type EBT Quote is saying "EBT Text"

Problem/Motivation

If we open the block type EBT Quote, we can see that the description is saying EBT Text

Steps to reproduce

Access: admin/structure/block/block-content/types and see the description of EBT Quote.
Result: Is appearing EBT Text
Should appear EBT Quote

Proposed resolution

Fix that in the config yml object in the description key
